Nail Tape
Tee Group Films is a leading supplier of paper coated collating nail tapes. Our polymer adhesives are designed for each customer's collator to ensure quick, high quality bonding to metal surfaces with maximum output. And we offer a wide range of adhesive types with varying activation temperatures, thicknesses and widths.
Extrusion Coated & Laminated Materials
Tee Group Films' versatile coating, calendering and lamination lines meet the industry's unique demands. From extrusion coated duct tape backing to multi-substrate lamination for airplane sound deadening, we are able to meet a variety of customer challenges.
We are able to extrusion coat substrates up to 88" wide with multilayered co-extruded films. Our combined extrusion coated products help reduce downtime in a number of applications, including carpet pads. Substrates can be coated on both sides in different formulations and color combinations. We are also able to extrusion laminate a variety of substrates together, up to 60" wide, for unique applications such as automotive headliners and radiant cooling.
In applications requiring thickness control across the web, which cannot be achieved in standard cast extrusion coating, Tee Group Films uses calendering equipment.
