At Tee Group Films our word is our bond. For over 25 years we have produced specialty adhesive films for the metal industry. We were among the first to trial and design maleic anhydride grafted polymers, now a standard when bonding metal sheeting to a variety of substrates.

Tee Group Films' TALON adhesive film line offers heat-activated products capable of bonding to a variety of materials. There are many advantages over liquid based adhesive systems, including handling and extended shelf life. Through the use of co-extrusion, a variety of characteristics can be added to our films including:
Adhesives can be changed to allow for different melting points and to optimize the film's performance in the laminating process.
Over the decades Tee Group Films has greatly enhanced our film technologies. Our extrusion methods have advanced so far beyond current industry standards that we can even control the amount of energy required to melt individual layers in a multilayer product. We achieve this level of control through the use of "gate layers" that control heat flow through the film. As a result each product can be custom engineered precisely to meet our clients' processing needs and desired characteristics.
